Ex Games by Stella Rhys… does this author hate women?

Please let me know if she has better books and this is just a one off... I’ve seen her recommended on here a lot and the plot sounded good so I was pretty excited but I’m struggling to get through it. It truly just seems like this author has never met a woman before.
I think the MMC is supposed to be a famous bachelor of sorts, so literally all every female character talks about in this book is his dick. Literal strangers approach the FMC to ask about it and even her BOSS talked to her about his dick, and obviously all her best friend does is talk about their sex life despite being the MMC’s cousin.
One of my biggest pet peeves has always been the best friend character who provides nothing to the story but sexual commentary and a sexy dress for the FMC to wear at some point. So you can imagine how annoyed I am when its EVERY woman in the book. Worst of all, it’s the kind of book where every woman is either a massive bitch for no reason, or shamelessly throwing themselves at the MMC. Even the FMC, who has an interesting job and a childhood that could’ve affected her as an adult is devoid of any personality. I’m about 50% in and so far her only trait is that she’s hot.
Anyway, I think I’m also just going through a particularly unlucky streak bc the last 3 books Ive read have all had this same kind of thing going on and IM SICK OF IT

It also sucks that even if they did get the budget for a third game, with how long it takes games to come out even back when MD came out it'd be a hard sell.

Confused About My Ex’s Behavior Post-Breakup (Blocked/Unblocked Games?)

TL;DR: My ex broke up with me in December, blocked me on IG and WhatsApp, but her WhatsApp photo/status visibility keeps changing (and now her photo is visible again). Does this mean anything, or am I reading too much into it? How do I handle this?
My ex and I broke up in December 2023. It was an LDR, and she became very distant. I suggested taking a break, but she countered with a breakup, saying she needed to work on herself and that I “deserve better.” Right after, she removed me from IG and WhatsApp while I was traveling to recover from the breakup.
A few weeks later, I noticed her profile photo reappeared on WhatsApp briefly, only to disappear again shortly after. This felt like some sort of game. During Christmas, I could suddenly see her WhatsApp status, and now, in January, her photo is visible again. For context, I also blocked my photo from her during Christmas because... yeah, I know, childish.
I’m confused. Why would she suddenly make her photo visible again? Is she playing games, testing the waters, or could this just be meaningless? I’m still processing the breakup and trying to move on, but her actions keep pulling me back into overthinking.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
